The
HUBER STRAINPRESSÒ is an inline screen
designed to screen sludge prior to digestion or dewatering. StrainpressÒ
can be installed in closed pipe systems and operates automatically. The
unit is self-adjusting towards varying feed solids. StrainpressÒ
will remove fine fibrous screenings that over time build up and block
digestor re-circulation pumps, heat exchangers and sludge dryers. Strainpress
will result in a significant reduction in operating and maintenance costs
of digestion systems. |

The HUBER Ro3 Sludge Acceptance Plant is a packaged screening and grit
removal facility that has been designed to accept septic sludge direct
from tankers. The control system is code protected for each load treated
and the flow can be measured via the use of a flow meter. The Ro3 unit
is ideal for treating septic sludge prior to introduction to the sewerage
plant for further processing. The unit is stainless steel construction
and has a very robust design, proven in over 600 installations worldwide. |
