The
HUBER Rotary Screw Thickener is a high performance sludge-thickening machine
with low operation and maintenance costs. The machine is totally enclosed
and suitable for outdoor use. Capacities range from 10 - 100 m3/h. Polymer
consumption is typically between 4 - 4.5 kg/t. Wash Water consumption
is 75% less than other types of thickeners. Applications include Primary
Sludge, Waste Activated, Mixed Sludge and sludge produced from back wash
water recovery in drinking water plants. |

The HUBER Disc Thickener is a high performance sludge thickening machine
for smaller applications. The Disc Thickener can handle flows between
5 - 20 m3/h. The unit utilises a slow speed disc as the separation medium.
The whole unit is enclosed in a stainless steel main case and is suitable
for outdoor use. Polymer consumption is typically 4 - 4.5 kg/t. |

The HUBER Gravity Belt Thickener is a continuous sludge-thickening machine
that utilises a single belt as the separation medium. The unit consists
of a generous drainage zone to ensure maximum thickened sludge concentration.
The frame and rolls are manufactured in stainless steel. Capacities range
from 20 m3/h to 160 m3/h of waste activated sludge. |

WAS DAF
AJM design and manufacture a range of DAF systems designed specifically
to thicken waste activated sludge (WAS). All WAS EnviroDAF systems are
designed specifically to suit each individual application. WAS EnviroDAF
systems can be fabricated in stainless steel, mild steel or concrete.
In addition to the traditional surface scraper, All units are fitted with
bottom scrapers or screw conveyors. |
