The AJM AutoBATCH® is a fully automated, low cost system combining waste water treatment and sludge dewatering in one simple to operate unit.
The key to the AutoBATCH® system is it's simplicity and the use of only one specially blended powdered chemical.
This chemical contains all the critical ingredients to precipitate, coagulate and flocculate colloidal matter, solids and emulsified material into highly stable flocs. These flocs are then separated by filtration leaving a clear, filtrate which will meet the most stringent sewer discharge limits. In many cases, reuse of the waste water is quite feasible. Unlike
traditional waste water chemicals, which often require on site dilution
systems, the AutoBATCH® chemical needs no
preparation and is dosed directly. |

The AutoBATCH® system uses a disposable filter paper to separate the flocs from the water and produce a spadable sludge. The sludge and paper are normally discharged into a waste bin from where it can be disposed of to landfill.
The AutoBATCH® requires minimal operator attendance and very low maintenance. Operating costs are limited to chemicals, filter paper and disposal of sludge.
