The AutoBATCH® process is a very simple and highly effective solution to many trade waste applications.

The fully automated range requires minimal attention. At the most, a few minutes a day is necessary for routine checks plus replenishment of filter paper and chemicals every few weeks or so.

The control system is based on a sequence of timed events and is operated by a PLC allowing simple adjustment of all parameters to optimise the performance. The PLC can also monitor the entire batching process and provide alarm indication for critical functions. The monitoring and alarm status can be linked to main factory control centres.
Stage 1
Collection pit fills with waste water activating the delivery pump.
Stage 2
Waste water is pumped into the batch tank.
 
Stage 3
When the batch tank is full, the mixer starts and the chemical is dosed.
Stage 4
The mixer commences a start stop cycle to ensure thorough activation of the chemical.
Stage 5
The contents of the tank are transferred to the indexing belt.
Stage 6
Clean water passes through the paper to sewer whilst sludge is retained.
Stage 7
The sludge and the paper automatically indexes forward into a bin.
