The AJM AutoBATCH® fully automated designs are suitable for flow rates from 1000L per hour upwards.

All models are available using gravity (as shown in the diagram) or a pump to transfer the flocculated waste to the filter. Consideration to available space is usually the determining factor between the two.

The capacity of the system is calculated by multiplying the size of the batch reaction tank and the time taken to complete the entire treatment cycle. The size of the reaction tank is defined in the model number (eg. AB 1000 model has a 1000L batch tank.) The processing time to complete all stages will dictate the throughput of the system. This will vary from 12 to 20 minutes depending on the nature of the waste water involved.
