As water and wastewater treatment plants always require a certain level of control, AJM has established an in house specialist team of electrical and control system designers and manufacturer of low voltage electrical switchboards.

Switchboards and motor control centres are generally designed to AJM's high quality specifications however customer specifications are adhered to when requested. Upgrades and additions to existing control systems is our speciality.
 

Switchboards are fabricated in stainless steel or mild steel coated enclosures to IP54-IP56 when required for outdoor applications. The majority of MCC's operate via PLC although basic relay logic designs are applied for some smaller applications. Other options available are operator interface panels, SCADA and UPS. All designs are conducted in accordance with AS3000 or other appropriate standards and codes.

All AJM's engineering is carried out using the latest AutoCAD software, and programming and design is conducted in house which allows our service team to attend to service calls promptly and efficiently often without leaving the office!
