Plant operation and application:

The machine was installed in Carnes Darc where the proprietor could no longer accept ongoing problems with their exisitng plant. The dewatering aggregates which came from wine growing had to be attended permanently by several workers who had to disassemble and clean the unit several times a day. Continuous operation was therefore impossible. The problem even extended as far as to the slaughtery line, where the paunch could no longer be removed. Since purchase of the HUBER-ROTAMAT®-Paunch manure press the paunch can be fed directly into the press by means of compressed air and is there dewatered to a nearly dust-dry condition (up to > 40 % DS content).
Earlier it used to be up to 4 truck loads of wet paunch, whereas this is only one truck load at this time with the HUBER paunch manure press. Besides, there are no problems due to loss of water during transport. The investment has paid off within a very short time.
